It Support Technician

Feladatok: You will be responsible for continuation of day-to-day operations and work closely with the helpdesk, global infrastructure application, and program management teams to resolve issues and implement future enhancements on supported sites.The role includes ticket handling, desktop support, WAN, LAN, telecom, servers, storage, network infrastructure (switches, routers, etc.), desktop support, virtualization, security updates and patching.  Helping to support local application delivery platforms including barcoding, MES, LIMS or other local systems.
