Feladatok: ●Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end)●Recruit operational roles (couriers, warehouse staff, dispatchers) and office-based and managerial positions●Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs●Create and manage job advertisements across various channels●Screen candidates and conduct interviews in Hungarian and English●Maintain recruitment data, pipelines, and feedback●Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives●Conduct onboarding training and assist business-dept managers to manage hew hired employees on probation assessment●Facilitate HR manager to find more suitable recruitment channels and employee relationship managementHR adminisztráció; Toborzás, Kiválasztás
